本機(jī)在測(cè)試鞋底或絕緣鞋材所能承受的電壓值，以了解其耐電壓程度，試驗(yàn)放大是施加電壓于鞋底，并將電壓緩慢上升至規(guī)定值檢查鞋底是否能夠在一定的時(shí)間內(nèi)承受規(guī)定的電壓。
